Refund/Cancellation

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours.

Refunds will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Refunds claim if any will be processed within 48 hours.

RETURNS

We will only accept unopened packs within 7 days of receiving the order.

At Allter, we take extreme care to provide you the best services. But if you receive a damaged order for any reason, please drop us an email at care@keaorganics.in with the details of the damage. We might request you to share images of the damage.

Payment & Delivery

Please email us your order number along with query at care@keaorganics.in. We will track the same and get it delivered to you at the earliest.

Depending upon your cart value, shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

We currently deliver to Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chandigarh, and are working towards adding more locations. If you would like our products delivered to your city, please write us at care@keaorganics.in or message us on Instagram or Facebook.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.

    • Can I pause my subscription, or change its frequency of delivery?

Yes. You can pause your subscription of The Happiness Box anytime you want and resume without having to subscribe again and change the frequency of your delivery. Click here to modify your subscription.

You can cancel your ongoing subscription of the Happiness Box at least 5 days before your next subscription delivery is due. If you would like to modify or cancel your subscription.
