Cancellation Policy
To Cancel your order please reach out to our customer care at care@letsallter.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at care@letsallter.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes:
• Personal care and baby care products (such as diapers, wipes, creams, etc.)
• Custom or personalized items
We do not offer returns or exchanges on gift cards.
If your product qualifies for a replacement or exchange, once the original item is received and goes through our product QC, the new item will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange window. If you’d like to exchange your item, just reach out within 7 days of receiving it. Please make sure the item is unused, and still in its original packaging and condition.

Since we only offer exchanges, refunds aren’t usually applicable.
However, if the item you want is out of stock or we’re unable to process your exchange, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 7–10 business days.

We process orders within 1–2 business days and ship them out with our trusted delivery partners.
You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
