We at Allter understand that our identity is shaped by our customers—the parents who entrust us with their hard-earned money and their babies' well-being. We have recently initiated a referral program, utilizing a third-party app, to incentivize our customers to earn and save.

However, over the past two days, we have encountered several fraudulent orders involving customers who have violated our terms. We are taking action by canceling orders placed by

  1. Customers who have breached our terms by making use of referrals through fake IDs or multiple IDs.
  2. Customers who have breached our terms by broadcasting their referral on social media..
  3. Customers who are referred by those who have breached our terms.

We take these issues extremely seriously, and it is disheartening to witness certain users disregard our terms and conditions outlined in the 'Refer and Earn' program. The relevant clause is provided below:

"Allter retains the right to suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn program or any user's participation at any time and for any reason at its discretion. Green points or discounts earned through fraudulent activities will be revoked and deemed invalid with Allter incurring no further liability. This is without prejudice to the legal actions available to Allter against individuals who have earned fraudulent monetary benefits and used it to make purchases on the website.

Warm Regards,

Team Allter
