How to use Pants:
-- The back side has the resealable tab; ensure proper positioning.
--Slip your baby's legs through the openings in the .allter Bamboo Diaper pants and pull upwards.
--Adjust the waist using the super stretchy 3D flex and fit the waistband around the tummy to ensure the baby's comfort.
--Once on, adjust the leak guards to ensure no leaks mess up the fun.

How to dispose:--When you wish to dispose, simply tear from the sides.
--Slide it down, and roll it up.
--Next, take the resealable tape on the back side of the diaper and reseal it to ensure it's ready to be disposed of.
